Remember this post (Jesus Marketing)? Well, I saw the same truck again at a stoplight and was fortunate enough to click a picture of it with my trusty camera phone with the mega mega pixals!
So now that you see it, what do you think? Too much or great testimony? Let me know.Peace and Love,
Rev Mike
p.s. I promise I was stopped at the time that I took this picture. But please pray for me because I'm trying not to text and drive at the same time :(

Rev Mike, just be careful. Don't do it anymore because we love you and want you to be safe.
ReplyDeleteWell now that I see the truck, I like! Major flip flop on my part, I know.
Anna Renee,
ReplyDeleteYou're a flip flopper! You should be ashamed of yourself!!! :)
I still think it's too much. It's easy to put that on your vehicle, it's harder to tell the guys at work. If this fellow does that too, then I'll eat my words.
ReplyDeleteTo much. I would think non-christian men would be saying "I'm a real man without God. How rude! What does he know." etc. etc.
ReplyDeleteBut that truck looks so cool!!! It's so ghetto fab! It's like JESUS is in the hizouse!! I'm from East Oakland, yeah das right!! I cant help but be attracted to it! It's so Jesus Christ, Supa Stah!! Pray for me.
ReplyDeleteI still think that people have the right to represent Jesus Christ in this way. Everyone is responsible for their own behavior, God knows his job as the righteous judge. If this man wants to rep Christ, I support it and not discourage. I am sure that they knew what they would be getting into when they did it. We don't know what his testimony is. Sometimes God has done such great miracles in peoples lives that they just have to tell it everywhere they go. They want to sing it from the roof tops and holler it up and down the streets. This may not be the case, however everyone has a right to express their love for Jesus! As far as real men loving Jesus, I say he's absolutely right!
ReplyDeleteGreat comments by all...
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't neccessary do it on my car or truck, but I have respect for his right to do it. I do think it comes off as a bit aggressive though. But no matter what, you can't help but pay attention when you see it. Think of it as a driving billboard like the Oscar Mayer weiner mobile or the Progressive mobile calims unit trucks.
That's funny! I haven't thought about that Oscar Mayer weiner truck in a long time. Gives me the taste for a grilled hot dog!!!!!
